Since they first aired it onstage in May, The Bermondsey Joyriders' next album Noise and Revolution has been the subject of a word-of-mouth buzz which just keeps on growing.  As the band now announce for November, three more of the much-praised 'Noise and Revolution Live' shows which have made their punk-blooze concept piece just so talked about, they look to head into the new year with serious "ones to watch" status secured.

At two of the scheduled shows - all of which will again see MC5 icon and album star John Sinclair performing his inimitable spoken narration between songs - the 'Joyriders share the stage with Glen Matlock and Chris Spedding's garage supergroup, King Mob.  Audiences in London and Bristol ought to be as appreciative as the band are of their receiving the main support invite.   When their sets opening for Marky Ramone and Jello Biafra this summer ended in cries for an encore, coming from crowds fully fresh to the tunes, the 'Joyriders proved themselves more than a standard warm-up act, and so punters are promised that, when they play alongside King Mob, it's an entire evening's top notch rock entertainment and a real event that is in store.

First though, they're kickstarting November's short run of shows by playing a west London headline on the 12th, with fast friends The Phobics in tow.  Additionally frontman Gary Lammin gives a unique acoustic performance with John Sinclair on the 5th, when the pair open for Mercury signings Special Needs at a yet-to-be-disclosed Hackney warehouse location.  All full band shows now booked find Lammin and bassist Martin Stacey joined on drums by Chris Musto, a sticksman of some credentials - having previously played with Johnny Thunders, Joe Strummer and Nico, to name but a few!  The consensus from all three sides is that this, at last, is the line-up which will enable The Bermondsey Joyriders to achieve the greatness they've been threatening since Noise and Revolution was first heard.

....and what of the album?  Well, there's certainly no shortage of interest; in as many months, no less than five labels have entered into negotiations for a 2012 release that are still ongoing - watch this space for news!  In the meantime, you can get a feel for the reasons why this record is striking such a chord by checking out opening track Society Is Rapidly Changing (and its fan-made video, inspired by the UK riots) here at YouTube; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sh0O8br2tu8.  And, of course, Noise and Revolution can be heard live and in full at The Bermondsey Joyriders' next dates;
